Michigan Rock Painting - 2:00 p.m. at the Senior Building

Bring your friends for an afternoon of fellowship and rock painting! Join us for this free activity as we paint rocks of all shapes and sizes from all over Michigan! Decorate your garden, use them to hold down your papers, or give them as inspirational and colorful gifts. From owls to turtles, to fruits and veggies, inspirational sayings, and even just colorful dots....this free activity is sure to ROCK your socks off!

"Caregiving 101" - 2:00 p.m. at the Senior Building

aMany women become caregivers of spouses, parents, family members, disabled children, and neighbors. It is not something we "sign up for", but become involved in usually without help or direction. This seminar will touch on areas of reducing caregiver stress, problem solving, and utilizing resources.

**Nancy S. Farison, LMSW, was born and raised in Michigan and has attended St. Louis Camp Meeting most of her life. She graduated from Anderson (College) University and MSU, with her Clinical Master's degree in Social Work. Her professional career after her Master's degree has been as an outpatient therapist, beginning at Family Life (Radio) Counseling, and from 2000 to present in private practice. As well, she has facilitated caregiving groups with various populations and educational groups for family issues.
